FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In order to ensure maximum flexibility for our clients, our primarily fee model is an hourly rate paid in arrears on a monthly or quarterly basis depending upon the fee accrued.
Since PCP’s fee is dependent on time spent, this is affected of the scope of work performed and to what extent the Company’s internal project team and other external advisers contribute in project. Time spent will be specified in 5-minute intervals in an appendix to invoices.
In addition, flat fees are applied for formal valuation statements.
We are an independent consulting company with office in Stockholm.
Even though not being part of any formal network, we cooperate with almost all leading law firms specialised in our service area, and providers of plan administration such as Optio Incentives and Global Shares (JP Morgan) among other.
In addition, we have a close co-operation with Skeppsbron Skatt, Sweden’s leading independent tax consultant company with approx. 80 employees at offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.
The ambition of the co-operations are to ensure efficient project execution while maintain highest quality wherever in the Nordic our customers operate.
We have discussions with new clients all year round, however the periods January-March and May-June are normally peak seasons, which may limit our availability.
