About People & Corporate Performance

People & Corporate Performance (“PCP”) was formed in 2021 based on a discontinued advisory services in Nordea Markets (Investment Banking), which held a market leading franchise for Nordic large- and mid caps dating back to the 1990’s.

During the last 25 years, in total close to 1,000 share-related long-term (“LTIPs”) and short-term incentive plans (“STIPs”) has been launched.

People & Corporate Performance supports the project by advising and structuring and coordinating the launch and maintenance of equity incentive plans including design, valuations, hedging arrangements and coordination of plan administration.

In relation to hedging, we have been pioneers in advising in innovative arrangements based on share swaps (equity swaps), warrants and share repurchases since 1999, and Class C share issues since 2006.
